Bottom of Present
Row1: With the color of your choosing for your present ch x 11 (11)
Row2: Turn, sc x 10 (10)
Row3-11: Turn, ch, sc x 10 (10)
Rnd12: Do not turn, now sc around the entire piece x 41 (41)
Rnd13: Do this entire round in the back loops, sc x 41 (41)
Rnd14: Sc x 5, dec, [sc x 8, dec] x 3, sc x 4 (37)
Rnd15: Sc x 4, dec, sc x 8, dec, sc x 7, dec, sc x 8, dec, sc x 2 (33)
Rnd16: You will be placing your safety eyes in this round. Sc x 13, place your first eye in the last stitch you just did, sc x 2, place your second safety eye in the last stitch, sc x 18 (33)

Assembly
Add some stuffing into the bottom of your present.Start sewing the top of your present onto the bottom portion. Before you sew it completely closed add some more stuffing to make sure your present is stuffed firmly. Place the strip of chains you created for the ribbon on top of your present using pins to hold it in place while you sew it on. I used yarn in the same color as my ribbon and sewed ribbon around the entire present. Sew on eyebrows and a mouth, weave in ends and trim them.
