Affected customers will be able to order from Furls once EU authorities have approved all documentation.

Unfortunately, we have no information on how long these processes take, but we will be sure to update our EU customers as the information becomes available.

Since we are unable to ship our products into the EU, the following policies will be amended until further notice for EU customers only:
Breakage Policy - Furls will not be able to replace any broken products purchased within the past three years. Instead, we will offer a refund via the original method of payment within 90 days of purchase, or via PayPal if after 90 days but within three years.

No, at this time we are unable to ship any of our products to the EU even if part of a giveaway.
