To ensure your hook performs at its best, we recommend safely storing it when not in use and handling it with care during your crocheting sessions. Should your hook become unusable under circumstances beyond your control, our breakage policy is designed to provide you with a seamless solution.
We accept broken Furls Crochet products for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
Proof of Breakage
To qualify for our Breakage Policy, you must provide either photo or video evidence of the broken product, or you can return the broken item to us.
Furls Crochet will cover the cost of return shipping for broken items as part of our commitment to excellent customer service.
Replacement or Refund
Upon receiving the broken item and verifying the damage, we will replace the item with a new one. If the same item is not available, we will offer a full refund, including any shipping, duties, or taxes incurred during the initial purchase.
Breakage Within 90-day Trial Period Outlined in The Furls Promise
Falling within The Furls Promise, if the breakage occurs within the first 90 days from the original purchase date, Furls Crochet will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Breakage After 90 Days but Before Three Years
For breakage occurring after 90 days but within the three-year coverage period, Furls Crochet will provide a credit that can be applied to your account for future purchases.
