Furls Shipping Policy

Furls is committed to providing a fast, safe, and reliable delivery service for all our products. All shipment details can be found below. 

PROCESSING TIME
Our current processing time is 5-7 business days. This does not include shipping times. Information regarding any additional delays to processing time will be updated on our website and order confirmation emails. Once the package has been provided to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
Furls uses USPS and UPS for domestic shipments and Passport consolidation services for all international orders. Shipping times do NOT include processing time. 

Domestic Shipping:
USPS - First Class (4-5 days) $6.75 USD
USPS - Priority (2-3 days) $10.50 USD
UPS Ground (1-5 days) $25.38 USD
UPS 2nd Day Air (shipping guaranteed 2nd business day) $33.97 USD 

International Shipping:
International Standard (2-4 weeks): $7-18 USD*
International Express (1-2 weeks): $30-40 USD*

*Most international packages are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This includes all duties, taxes, and fees. 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Expedited shipping does not include expedited processing time. If expedited shipping is requested we will make every effort to also process your package within three business days, however, it is not guaranteed.

FREE SHIPPING
Furls offers free shipping on US orders of $60* or more.
Furls offers free shipping on Canadian or UK orders of $120* or more.
Furls offers free shipping on all other orders of $160* or more.

*Free shipping minimum is calculated on prices in USD, after discounts, and before taxes, shipping, and duties. International customers are still responsible for paying any occurred customs and duties fees. 

CANCELLATIONS or EDITS
After an order is submitted and processing begins, and the order cannot be edited. If an order has not yet been processed it may be eligible for cancellation.

If the address needs to be changed, please contact customer service immediately. We will make every effort to update a shipping address if the package has yet to be shipped. 

If a package has been shipped with an incorrect address and is returned to Furls, the customer will incur additional shipping charges to further process the order. Please see our Incorrect Order or Address Policy for further details.

RETURNS
Returns will be accepted within 90 days from the original date of purchase.

DELAYED ORDERS
In the event of processing delays due to unforeseen circumstances, customers can cancel their order for a full refund. Furls is not liable for delays incurred by the shipping provider. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Deliveries to 'PO Boxes' are only available for domestic shipments using USPS.

LOST PACKAGES or FALSE DELIVERIES
As of 01/03/2023, Furls began offering Package Protection through Route. Please see Package Protection for Orders Through Route for all details regarding this optional insurance.

If Route Package Protection is declined, Furls will not be held liable or responsible for any damages, theft, or loss of packages. Any claims must be directed to the shipping provider.

All lost package claims, covered by Route Package Protection must be reported within 30 days of the last tracking update.

Any purchases made prior to January 2023 are not eligible for replacement as they have exceeded our previous policy of 120 days. 

ORDER TRACKING
All orders placed using Route Package Protection can be tracked using the Route app, available for download here. All other orders can be tracked using the Shop app, which can be downloaded from your order confirmation page. Alternatively, you may view your order tracking using the chosen shipping provider website using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.

ORDER VIEWING
All previous orders can be found in your Furls Account. Your order will be marked as fulfilled when a shipping label is created. Tracking will be updated after your order moves through fulfillment (processing), and you will receive a tracking number once the shipping provider receives it.
