March Ami CAL- Denis the Bunny- Week Three

Posted by Lorene Eppolite on

Welcome back friends. This is the last week of our Amigurumi CAL... and there is a lot of work to be done! This week we will do the body, arms and legs, and we will assemble our Easter bunny. But that's not all!! When your bunny is finished, you must make a lot of Easter eggs!!! If you are just joining us you can view the complete supply list of this CAL here.

I hope you have really enjoyed making Denis the Easter Bunny. If you want more fun and colorful designs you can visit One and Two Company.

Please continue to share your pictures of Denis the Bunny on our Ravelry Projects Page.

Now using your yarn needle, weave the yarn tail through each remaining stitch and pull it tight to close. Fasten off.

Optionally, with a contrast color yarn,  you can make some stitches to make a star. I have made one stitch up and one stitch down a little longer (2 sts in length), and then 4 more stitches diagonally between the two previous stitches. Make them a little smaller (1 st in length).

Place these stars randomly on the egg.
