Crochet Poncho Pattern
Trapped in Love by Kathy Lashley
Everyone loves to wear shawls in the fall and Trapped in Love will be the perfect one for you. The elegance of the design and stitch definition with the yarn will be an eye catcher to everyone. They might even ask you where you bought your shawl! It’s certainly an easy shawl to dress up for the occasion or even wear with your favorite jeans out for lunch with your best friends.
I designed this project with everyone in mind. You will have the choice to decide on how wide and long you want your shawl with a simple repeat of rounds. Included in my pattern are stitch diagrams for those crocheters that are visual and work better with “a picture”. Of course, I have included left-handed diagrams as well.

ABOUT OUR DESIGNER
I’m Kathy Lashley and the designer behind ELK Studio – Handcrafted Crochet Designs. I learned how to crochet from my 7th grade teacher and have been “hooked” on crochet for over 30 years now. I started ELK Studio in December of 2012 and haven’t looked back. Designing allows for my creativity to flow, and I have published over 160 patterns, filmed an on-line class for Annie’s called “Learn to Crochet for Lefties” and maybe even have another one coming out soon that I think you will absolutely love. I’ve taught a class for Professional Development Day at the Crochet Guild of America Conferences for the last two years and currently am a board member. Crochet is an amazing art that I hope to continue to promote and let the world know the art is still around and thriving.
I have probably one of the best Facebook groups out there in the crochet world. It’s an active group with everyone from the beginner to the expert, and we all help to build up one another. I’d love for you to be a part of my group, so join today!
