Return Policy

We gladly accept returns of any Furls Crochet product within one year from the date of purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a refund of Furls credit equal to the original purchase price.

Return Process - Domestic Orders

To initiate a return, please email customer support at support@furlscrochet.com. While we accept all returns, please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs if products are returned after the 90-day trial period outlined in The Furls Promise.

Return Process - International Orders

To initiate an international return, please email customer support at support@furlscrochet.com. While we accept all returns, please note that international customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. If products are returned before the 90-day trial period outlined in The Furls Promise, return shipping fees will be reimbursed once a receipt for return shipping is provided.

Refund Details

Upon receiving and processing your return, we will issue a refund in the form of Furls credit for the original purchase price. Please note that this refund does not include any shipping fees, duties or taxes that may have been incurred during the initial purchase.
