Eligibility Criteria for Returns

Condition of Yarn

Yarn must be in unused and sellable condition. To be eligible for a return, the yarn should be free from any scents or pet hair, maintaining its original quality and cleanliness.  

Packaging

The yarn should be in its original packaging. 

Yarn Form

We cannot accept yarn that has been wound into a ball or cake. It is essential that the yarn remains in the form in which it was purchased to be eligible for a return.
